In winter San Vincenzo is a quiet town, with the sea close by and fewer people about. Take a flat with a kitchen, cook the holiday dinner your way and on New Year's Day go for a walk on the beach.

Why a flat for the holidays
In a flat you do the holiday dinner your way: the kitchen has an oven and a hob, and there is room for everyone at the table.
The two-bedroom flat sleeps up to six, with two separate bedrooms: good for two families spending the holidays together. The one-bedroom flat is for four.
The sea is 680 metres away, on foot. In winter the beach is almost empty, and a walk on New Year's Day is the right way to start the year.
The holidays in town
Every winter San Vincenzo has an ice rink, for children and for grown-ups too.
On New Year's Eve the party is in the square, with music and a DJ. From the flats to the town centre is about a kilometre: you walk there and you don't have to drive back.

Questions about the holidays
Are you open at Christmas and New Year?
Yes, we are open for the whole holiday season, with all the flats: one- and two-bedroom.
How many nights do I need to book at New Year?
At least 2 nights, at New Year as at Christmas.
Are the flats warm in winter?
Yes, every flat has heating and it is included in the price, like electricity, water and gas.
What is there to do in San Vincenzo in winter?
The town is lived in all year round. At Christmas there is an ice rink, and on New Year's Eve a party in the square with music and a DJ. The town council publishes this year's programme: as soon as it's out, you'll find it on our events page.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes, free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. After that, or if you do not turn up, you pay the first night.
There are a lot of us, what can we do?
One flat sleeps six at most, in one of the two two-bedroom flats. If there are more of you, call us or write to us on +39 347 525 3076: we will check whether two flats are free on your dates.
