What flats do you have?
Eleven, all with a kitchen: eight one-bedroom flats of 45 m² for 4 people, the Matteotti flat for 4, made for two couples (two double beds in two rooms), and two two-bedroom flats of 90 m², one for 5 and one for 6. We don't rent out the studio. The sea is 680 metres away, on foot.
How do I book?
Enter dates and guests in the bar at the top: the booking page opens with the flats that are free and the prices for those dates. Choose the flat and confirm there.
Are there discounts if I book on the website?

Can we bring the dog?
Yes. The supplement is €10 a day and we accept dogs of all sizes and cats.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00, check-out by 10:00. If you arrive later, call us beforehand and we will sort it out.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the flat, electricity, water and gas, air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels and the final cleaning, except the kitchen: the kitchenette must be left clean, otherwise there is a €50 charge. Not included are the town's tourist tax (€1.25 per person per night from 1 April to 31 October, free under 12), paid here, and a €150 deposit on arrival, which we give back when you leave.
We are more than six, what can we do?
One flat sleeps six at most, in one of the two two-bedroom flats. If there are more of you, write to us: we will check together whether two flats are free on your dates.
